Migration to new management

NESYS Revival Project will very shortly be migrated to the wonderful @Tsuka who is already hosting the web garage app.

All services will move to his server, the launcher and garage app will soon be updated and once done I will issue connection details.

More details are to follow! No ETA yet, however server downtime will be necessary at some point to move the database over.
